The Shimano 105 ST-R7025 Shifter/Hydraulic Brake Lever Set was designed specifically for riders with smaller hands — a detail that changes everything about how a lever feels under your fingers at hour four of a long ride. The compact lever shape brings the reach closer to the bar without sacrificing the ergonomic feel that defines Shimano's upper-tier road controls. Hydraulic disc braking means consistent, progressive stopping power regardless of conditions, with the kind of modulation that lets you brake with confidence rather than anxiety.

A redesigned internal shifting unit repositions the lever for a more natural hand position, making it easier to shift from the drops without breaking your grip. If you've ridden 105 before, the ST-R7025 represents a meaningful step forward — smaller-handed riders no longer have to compromise on feel to get hydraulic performance at this level of the groupset range.
